1. Service-Based Business

Quick TV Setup provides professional installation, mounting, and setup services. Since these are labor-based services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started or completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking before the technician arrives. Once the service has started, cancellation charges may apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • ✔ Refund only if service is not delivered
  • ✔ Refund if technician is unable to complete work due to company issue
  • ✔ No refund for completed services

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method.
